By donating to the OneWorldToSee project you are agreeing that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions:

• There is no minimum or maximum amounts for donations - any amount is accepted. However, if you want to put your images on the World for Sale map, you should donate 10 cents (dollar) per pixel with a minimum amount of 10 dollars (a 10×10 pixel square).
• Each additional 10 dollars enables you to put one extra square.
• It’s only possible to use full squares (10×10 pixels).
• Regardless of the amount, you will always be part of the Donor’s list, with a link to any page of your choice. If your donation allows you to put images on the World For Sale map, then these images will also contain that same link.
• Images must be in GIF, JPEG or PNG format. No animated images can be used.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• We will not put any obscene or offensive or “x rated” images on the map, or link to any page with this type of content. We will use our own judgment to decide if they are appropriate or not.
• Preferably, the images and links should not be changed once they are placed on the map. But if you have a very strong reason (e.g. the site no longer exists or you have some legal requirements to change the address) we can replace them. Following the same reasoning, if you want to remove them entirely, that’s also possible too.
• As a general principle, donations are non-refundable.
• The donation currency is U.S. Dollars. Paypal handles conversions from your own currency, so that should not be a big problem.
• Donations are not a purchase or a sale. When you donate, you are not acquiring any good or service or are you are obtaining ownership of any part of this site - you are simply contributing to our plan to travel around the world.
• iRui.ac is a blog maintained by Rui Pereira and Cristina Ascensao. It is not a charity and donations are not tax deductible, sorry.

These terms can be changed and improved over time if needed. If you have a problem with any of these conditions or you wish to discuss an issue regarding a donation, please contact us.
